GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE

All our apartments and country cottages are equiped with electric or central heating. Ground fitted carpets, tiling, flexible pavement or parquet floor. Kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hotplates 2 or 4 fires. Individual hot water.

Some of our apartments could be also equiped with furnace micro-waves, dishwasher, washing-machine and chimney.

Located in the center of the station or an aproximate ray of 900 meters of the trade and various services, you will be able to choose calms of a district more than the variation or animation of the town center.

Do not hesitate to request information from the 04.68.30.02.77. monday at saturday of 9H30 à 12H00 et de 14H30 à 18H00.

SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

All our prices include the supply of housing equiped.
To pay at the agency:
- visitor's tax,
- deposit 150 € for the apartments and 305 € for the country cottages.
Possibility of reserving at the agency:
- linen 7 €/change,
- the kit linen* 14 €/change,
- television set 43 €/semaine.
The animals are tolerated at a rate of 15 € per animal.

*Kit linen: sheets, hand towel, bath sheet, glove of toilet, cloth.

The amount of the obligatory guarantee cost to 150 € for the apartments and 305 € for the country cottages.
To paid the day of the arrival, it will be restored to you by mail under about fifteen days after checking the apartment.

The keys will be delivered to you the day of your arrival starting from 14H30 on presentation of the leasing agreement which will have been adressed to you by mail.
The keys must be restored the day of the departure before 10H00.
The amount of the visitor's tax by day and by each person is to be regulated the day of your arrival.
